GlobalKarwan Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • For B2B/Enterprise buyers (wholesale), extend the window to 60 days.

2. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging.

  • List non-returnable items (e.g., customized/perishable).

3. Refunds & Processing

  • Full refund if returned within window and condition.

  • Quick cancellation refund if canceled before shipping.

  • Refunds processed within 7–15 business days after receipt, depending on payment mode.

4. Return Shipping & Easy Returns

  • Standard option: buyer pays return shipping.

  • In selected regions, free local return options may be available through our partner warehouses.

5. Dispute & Mediation

  • Use Trade Assurance–style escrow: payment released after buyer confirms delivery.

  • If there’s dispute (damage, mismatch), GlobalKarwan intervenes.

6. Return Process

  1. Submit return request via My Orders.

  2. Ship back item (if needed).

  3. Once received and inspected, refund is issued to original payment method.
